Last scrapple I had I bought in PA. Long gone. Nobody here knows what it is. Same thing with Boudin. Like scrambled eggs with green chili. Not in KS. I do get great beef though.

Love scrapple! And puddin and pancakes! Luckily it's readily available and easy to find in my part of pa, plus a good friend/mentor of mine still butchers hogs every few years, so I go over and help out and get a bunch of goodies fresh!
