K Snow is giving Jack Whitman (call sign Gulo) some competition for the most interesting man on this forum.

I got to ask wolfy what is the front scope ring attached to? That is a unique setup with that scope mounting. Scope is quite elevated then a high riser to get eye up there.

I guess it is favorite gun for what

this little lady sure is purdy but don't let her dainty size make you think she doesn't put rounds on target.

Not even close Lefty. Gulo's done more in a Sunday afternoon than I've done my entire life it seems.

But thanks, means a lot.

I don’t have any pictures of my “modern guns” but I have been wanting to try this one out. Just need to look into “legalities” of using it.

black powder arms as unregulated arms don't have most of the rules associated with modern firearms
as an example you can cut the barrel off a 50cal Hawken's at 12 inches and use it all you want with the stock on it.

however my suggestion is where you would get in trouble is letting it out of your sight loaded and not for firing it in a safe way.

if you bolt it down to a block of wood and fire it responsibly while you are present to see it , black powder basically avoids all the legal pitfalls of modern guns.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
