Looks good, I’ve never tried eating them myself, there seems to be quite the market for them for raw dog food. What’s the meat comparable to or is it just kinda on it’s own?

Same here, like beef but a little sweeter if that makes sense. The texture of the hind legs reminds me of roast beef.

yes, just like beef, lots of people pressure can it, one guy puts beef bouillon in the jars with meat, man its good right out of the jar,

George Wacha use to make beaver stew for us at the trapping convention, riverotter2 on here and me rode together that one year and it created enough gas to fuel a space ship, lol.
