It was this very moment two years ago my wife woke up with a stroke.

Dr tried to put me on statins. OR cut back on beef and walk. Did both. Lowest cholesterol numbers in my life after 6 months....

My son's cholesterol was really high and he has arteries that are 50% blocked. Dr. put him on an all beef diet. Literally eats nothing but red meat, and his cholesterol is dropping like crazy.
