Everything had ramps in it. Ramp pie YUMM!. Later on I will make Cajun Ramp Sausage. double Yumm! CAUTION: you will smell like ramps for a few days. Just sayin

Remember as a kid we played army and you gave up the fort so the other side got it? Of course you don't. Little kids aren't that stupid.

I dice them up, the whole ramp, when the potatoes are about done, I mix them in to cook them down a bit. Another way is cooked in with an Alfredo sauce over pasta or mixed in with a clam sauce over linguine. Mix them in with potato salad. I like them over fish too That is just a few if my favorites.
