my son works at the feed store now while going to school and bags of Dog food that break open come to me , doesn't happen all that often but keeps me in DP bait.

Beav mentioned construction on Highway 23, so I checked the DOT maps. For those of you coming from the south up Hwy 23, there is a detour you will need to take to get around some construction. Look at the map below. Where Hwy 23 comes up through Spring Green at the bottom of the map shown, you will not be able to continue north on Hwy 23 through Plain to Loganville. I captured the area to show the roads involved in the detour.

Just north of Spring Green, you will turn west on Hwy 14 through Lone Rock,
then north on Hwy 30 through Bear Valley and Sandusky,
then east on Hwy154 through Hill Point to rejoin Hwy 23 at Loganville.
You can then continue to Reedsburg.



It's a beautiful little drive, so we hope it is not too inconvenient!

if your coming from the Madistan direction the interstate avoids the 23 issue
not as pretty , go 10 more miles save a few minutes

If you are coming up on Interstate 90/94, do not attempt to get off on Hwy 33 west Baraboo. It is closed through Baraboo! The Hwy 23 exit to the north is the nicest. You come south past Mirror Lake State Park and then west to Reedsburg. No Dells confusion. More rural!
