They don’t even test here. Just tell ‘em you had a tick, it’s infected or whatever and they treat it as Lyme. I’m trying to get a standing prescription so I’ve always got a small bottle of doxycycline pills for the summer. Then I don’t have to be on the phone for 5min waiting for a doc.
On a side note, the online doc thing is sweet if you just need a quick easy prescription.

I had it back in 2000. It took 4 different Dr to figure out what I had. It was like a really bad flu' When the last Dr figured it out and got on antibiotics I was feeling better in about a week. I lost over 30 lbs in about 2 months. Thats how long I had it. I was also on Doxycycline.

The tests are very inaccurate. So they'll probably just prescribe doxy. Careful with it in the sun. Worst I ever been sun burned

I had lyme about 15 yrs ago. I think they have better test now than then. Then it was the guy that was reading the test best guess as to whether it was positive or not. Anyway I was on doxy for a long time and that was when they had the earthquake in Haiti and the cholera outbreak and they sent all the doxy over there and it went to $3 a pill here.
Lyme is caused by a bacteria called a spirochete, closely related to the spirochete that causes syphilis. It goes deep is why its important to treat it quickly before it has time to get set up with its biofilms with fat around it and goes into a lipid state and stays there safe from the antibiotics waiting for the future until your immune system gets weakened, then it comes out.
If your body is already polluted with it and you start taking antibiotics you make become worse off and think the antibiotics are making you sick, when in reality it may be a herxheimer reaction, which is when the bad stuff dies off it dumps rotting stuff into your blood which has ammonia and other junk in it and thus makes you sick.
At the time I discovered that the veterinarians knew way more than any doctors I had access to and started reading every paper I could find from them.

My final assault on it included green leaf stevia soaked in vodka. Stevia will not absorb into your body, that is why it don't make you fat. The alcohol lets it absorb into the gut. Couldn't say that for sure that cured me or if I was just getting over it anyway. Hopefully I didn't (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) my soul with the alcohol and I lived to repent, lol.

She's saying it is incorrect to add an S to Lyme, the Town in CT
where Lyme disease was 1st discovered, diagnosed, & documented. whistle

I am basing my grammatical interpretation of the plural versus singular declension of the descriptor of the tick-borne illness or illnesses that had their purported origin in the vicinity of Lyme, Connecticut. I am highly skeptical that there has been only one phylum of that disease, thus have adopted the hypothesis that they should, collectively be referred to in the plural, thus Lymes.

So...again....Lymes, Lymes, Lymes, Lymes, Lymes, Lymes, Lymes, Lymes..... grin

Well since Lyme can be contracted again and again, maybe it should be plural!
I hear too many Fayette gypsies calling it Lymes. And Bordetella: Portobello. And Seresto collars ; Sargento…….I’m like “thats CHEESE “

That confuses me,..is there a true definition of Lymes?,..what other tick borne abnormalities may reside?

If Lymes is in your system ,..can babasiousis ,anaplasmoses or any other tick borne infection override Lymes? or is the marker Lymes?

If you are diagnosed with Lymes, current protocol advises doxycylene,..is that favorable and intentional,..all considering.

Looks like a spider bite to me, my brother and one of my buddies both were bitten by a brown recluse spider and it’s venomous and it it’s your flesh. I would draw a circle around it now and note the time. Then go see your doctor soon.

The bitterness of poor quality last a lot longer than the sweetness of low price

He probably knows if he had a tick or not. Still the sooner treated the better.

For spider bites a poultice made with activated charcoal will draw that out.
