I can’t post about catching a certain species that makes up most of my catch (it is legal to trap them here, but I completely understand where bog master is coming from)
I just pulled my traps for a couple days because we are branding cattle.
But there are some foxes (only reds we don’t have greys in Australia unfortunately)
That I have been trying to get.
So far had a couple of misses on dirt holes.
Here is a couple of other foxes though


There are no dingoes on our station (ranch) At the moment but I’m hoping some will drift south. there is some about 20 miles north of here

I’ve always wanted to get me a fox but I don’t have the location. Do you have mink or muskrat or coons in Australia?

Nah. Our only trappable animals are dingoes,red fox,and rabbits

Trapping dingoes sounds like fun.

I made that drag my self and it seems to be working good. Got another fox this morning in the same trap.
They both went about a mile.
Having Bess to help was also good.
Once we get close she bays them up pretty quickly

I use a 40gr Hornady v-max.

Got some new traps 4 #3 wts dogless and 2 victor 1.5s

The wts are an Australian made version of the bridger #3

Good looking traps
