Just watched this YouTube video on invasive species, it was interesting, good information to battle the animal right people with. Really shows how they are the problem.

https://youtu.be/iiHKK30gS-s

It is about 17 minutes long so be sure and have a little time.

When the tail bounty started on varmints here the bunny huggers were saying that the pheasant was an invasive species like coons are not a problem. Pheasants are our biggest tourist attraction here so they are #1they ain’t going anywhere soon. I read that coons were not this far north during the Louis and Clark days possums I believe are the same as late comers.

If you posted a successful pheasant group hunt the huggers would make a problem out of that. Your dealing with child mentality with them so don’t give them too much credit for the ability to think for themselves.

I watched that video a couple of days ago and almost posted it. It well explains how animal rights people make poor, emotion based choices, that cause massive damage to native species and the environment. Gray squirrels are taking over Europe and displacing the natives, like the illegal aliens are.

More people will see it like this.

Every people-group and animal species was or is invasive at one time or another.

You might all remember the "endangered" spotted owl controversy on the West Coast a number of years ago.
The bunny huggers are now all in a dither because the barred owl is now moving in and hybridizing with the spotted owl, or are outright killing the spotted owls.

The Feds want to hire shooters to eradicate the barred owls at the cost of about $2300 per owl. Of course we all know that will never work.

We have a documented nesting pair of spotted owls about a mile away from our property; that could be a problem if they move much closer to us.

I was happy to see this critter move in recently; a barred owl.

Waggler where can I apply for that gig?
For 2300 an owl I'd recruit Bob Jameson because he said he can call them in so close they have bloodies his nose LOL.

The AR loons should be issued a straight jacket, not a voter ID card.

I would flood the area with Bal-chatri and white mice. They probably want you to watch the traps you put out though.
