That's just messed up. What ever the victim felt the person/persons that did it should feel the pain but 10x worse and then get hung like Danny Clifton said.

This country has no morals. Letting perverts adopt kids what's next dog marriage. Well look at from the positive side maybe then P.E.T.A. would petition Artemis or her Roman counterpart Diana to help. I'm sure the money would flow in and since money is power, they could probably have everything set right in a week or two.
