Tray From about 1990 to 2008 I spent a lot of time archery hunting in the National Forest of W VA At times it can appear to be almost desolate But than just like magic here would come a flock of small birds feeding on insects hidden under the bark .The feeding frenzy was a sight to see Various species in various colors attacking thee tree in an attempt to find an insect hidden in the bark Some times ties they where there for just a little while others would stay for maybe 15 munities or more It was entertaining And just another way to spend time in the woods I like pic #3 & #4 the best but all are as usual great work on your part

We see that a lot in the fall with flocks of warblers, chickadees and nuthatchs. Can usually hear them coming before you see them. Kinda cool
