1. Fitness- knew I'm out of shape but went with my wife to the gym to refresh her on what to do in her workouts since it's been 12 years since we used to work out. She showed interest in working out so we got her a membership she can always take a friend for free. I'm hoping her best friend will make the effort and they will go together and both get in shape together being good motivation and accountability for each other. Especially somce it will be no cost to her. I put I'm a few sets and found out just how out of shape I really am and it was very eye opening. Regardless of age or Fitness level we will all benefit physically and mentally from exercise so figured a Fitness thread might get others motivated and encouraged to start getting moving. I know I need to make my health and fitness a top priority but have not even put it on the list. That needs to change fast



2, a financial investing thread. Had some pms with a youngster asking about different forms of investing and how it works. I answered what i could But I'm very limited in my knowledge so figured some of those more knowledgeable then I am may find the time if they had the interest to share some info for those that many be interested in learning. Maybe basics with recommendations of reading materials for deeper looking into it.

Now for all those that want to get negative about me suggesting a post on finances I'm sure you won't be able to pass up the chance to take a shot at me keep it to yourself. This would be for those that are interested in learning how to better themselves and their financial future. If you don't keep your trap shut if you have the mental control ability to do so. Probably won't. But I'm sure you would run your mouths and get a thread shut down and a 13 year old asking questions would not get the info requested and why I would suggest someone else start the thread.

3. Ham radio. Something u want to learn about but haven't had time to dedicate to it.


4 anything anyone else is interested in learning about. With the knowledge base of the members here there is so much more that can be taught and learned than just trapping especially in the off season. So what are your other interest and hobbies you may be interested in sharing?

A gun smithing tread would be amazing

Quail raising 101

A commercial fishing thread

Somthing for all the boaters

A thread for all the welders/ metal workers

O a creator thread for yaw YouTubers and the like would be cool too

Aaannnd would be cool to have a thread where eveyone can just go to fling crap at each other for whatever along with a political no holds thread buuuut...I can see that going good or stay where it needs to be

I think that would get too far away from trapping related and this place could turn out bad. But if we were going down that path, a forum with profanity would be a good one.

The average age of Tman users puts most of us in retirement or close to retirement. Hopefully, the majority here already are or about to reap the benefits of proper financial planning over the past few decades.
