My only interaction with the secret service was a lady agent tracking down a counterfeiter. Just a stop and ask have you seen this guy and what can you tell me about him.

Talked to my Brother in law who was there. Podium wasn’t by grandstands, it was by the livestock barns, Much closer, maybe 200 yards if that.

As do I ...however...this is a MAJOR FAILURE on the part of the Secret Service...it is inexcusable to NOT have all elevated areas within 400 yards or more secured by Secret Service or law enforcement. I've been to rallies in rural areas and EVERY elevated area within 5-600 yards or so was visibly occupied by SS or law enforcement. Not to mention drones flying overhead. This was complete incompetence....and it cost at least one innocent person their life

A report out there that DJT was also hit in the right chest but his vest stopped the slug's penetration. Watching the video, I thought something hit his suit before he grabbed for his ear but I thought it was upper arm/shoulder area. We'll see if the report holds.

If true, probably that round wasn't from a larger high powered rifle. Someone told me he thought a .22 mag or .17 HMR. The recovery of the slug that killed the rally goer behind the podium because pretty important, if its recoverable.

True. I've been on-site with Obama and Hilary both present. Every roof was manned even though all were within a 300 acre secure fenced facility and all participants were inside and out of sight.

Even a loose pit bull on the other side of property was enough to get me called. I was screened in early and there for the duration.

K, I've been doing a little piecing things together based on media reports.

First, the X is roughly where the podium was, O the rooftop where the reported shooter was and the triangle where the secret service sniper that returned fire was.



Next, the rough Google earth distance.



Roughly 140-150 yards.

Which raises the question, why in the hadn't that rooftop already been secured?

Even more questions. Looks like they were already in the gun prior to the shots being fired at Trump.

If so what were they waiting for?
