He wasn't hit in the lip. He was hit in the ear. When he dropped down..the blood dripped from his ear across his cheek.

For those that say shooter had buck fever look at the video. IF TRUMP HAD NOT TURNED HIS HEAD at that moment he dies. Plain and simple. He not only turned his head he stepped sideways at the same time. Secret service should watch for high level haters booking flights to countries that they can’t be extradition

People were running around and filming the shooter within a few yards of him.

This would be like you in your yard amd the shooter on your roof...that close.

If one watches the video of the secret service sniper. Doesn't appear he was on target and he was scanning through his scope in my opinion. Then he lifted his head, acquired v Target repositioned. His rifle took that dude out
