`The way the law reads no documents can be taken off of US property in so many words. If they were going to prosecute trump they needed to do the same for biden. They both broke the law by taking classified documents from US property. That was the law that was broken and both are guilty. Biden is as guilty as trump the way the law reads.
Handing over the documents may have a different penalty but the law that was broken was broken by BOTH.
It was thrown out because no one is going to blame biden. He is above the law his 60 years in politics.

I've taken classified documents off of US property many many times in the conduct of my missions, and they were stored in my motel rooms. Mostly CNWDI material.

Umm Trump was president and had the power to declassifie documents and can do what he wants. A vp can't do either. At least that's what I read about the presidents power perks.

PLUS most of the documents Biden had he took when he was a senator according to the news outlets. Well the one that reported about it anyway. Snowy remember the details. Trump was raided in the middle of the night . Press was alerted so it could be filmed. Biden was given 11 days notice so they could destroy or hide anything that would prove his Treason or conspiracy to commit treason. BIG difference. Why most were from his senator days Id bet.

The big take away is why did it happen in the first place?...Law Dog answered that above.
First former President in history to be declared a felon, and it was all planned to smear him in the publics eye.
Everything they have done has backfired, including this latest incident.

Details really don’t matter when the rule of law is not being followed if it doesn’t fit their narratives. They just make up the rules as they go the law is just a tool they manipulate into weapons.
