We just do pull apart dumplings , I like them dense and chewy

Spooned out , the size of walnuts , any other way makes it just chicken noddle soup.

I do spooned out too, but smaller. Bigger than an acorn but smaller than a walnut, lol.

Just mix flour, salt and pepper and make a well in the center, and crack in one or 2 eggs depending on how many you're making. Stir that all up and drop by spoonfuls into a pot of boiling water.

The Mrs. makes the dough then puts big spoonfuls of it in the gravy to cook

Don't know what rolled dumplings are, but I prefer the firmer kind over the fluffy ones. Either is good, though.
