Well it's illegal to shoot them down according to the law it the same as shooting at an air plane. Better safe and not break federal law or risk having a mad drone operator.

Almost seems a hole was left open and many activities I would be stoped for were let go. I believe they were hoping that by inciting public fear and hate in the media of President Donald Trump, shooters would come forward, on their own and use the intentional gaps left in security, to take his life. Why else would they let the assassin shoot first?

I am starting to think it. I just read that the Butler County Sheriff say that local police were not allowed in the command center. He said it is unheard of to let them out of the loop. This is getting more and more fishy.
