Shouldn't need a license to buy a muffler. I can run into any parts store and buy one for my car.

So it has nothing to do with “mom and pop” shops, just the regulation you don’t like.

Buddy of mine ordered one from them last year, it was his second. The ditz at the ATF said his signature wasn't identical to the first so had to start all over. Are digital signatures ever close?
