The simple solution is to have a special class for all transgender athletes. It's doubtful any would participate though, as it would take away their unfair advantage.

What ought to happen is to take this guy and hold his head under water till he stops kicking.......and then do the same to the officials that said it was OK for some guy to beat the snot out of a bunch of girls. But since that won't happen, next best alternative is for the girls to stand down. No more "go along to get along". That will end it faster than anything.

The question is who to deal with it, wenn a categorization is required, as we are seeing here. How to set the boundaries has some kind of arbitrairness, no matter how you do it. But if you don't do it, it makes most women sports rediculous.
One could introduce a in between category. I have now clue if there are enough athletes to fill these ranks. But within this category the more male types would still have the advantage. Or you could classify them all to the men, but then most of them are out of professional sports. But if you have other physical disadvantages, you are out of professional sports, too. It is the fate of most people not to become a professional athlete. Live with it.

From what I understand now is that she has done rare varient that she is XXY chromo so she's a woman with heightened levels of testosterone. I initially thought the testosterone was due to roads.

I find it odd that in years gone by.......maybe still.......they are very vigilant about drugs, blood doping, etc, They strip medals, ban for life, etc

The olympics once were a beacon for peace, a hoard of neutrality, were humanity could get together even in times of war for fair athletic competition and thus keep alive the germ of a better future. Now nations get debarred for alleged reasons whilst the worst warmongers party and the woke religion spits everyone dissenting in the face.
Perhaps it is time to revive the real olympic spirit under a new name and new leaders.
