I was going to let Keith have the last word on this....but what the heck: Hypothetically (since neither of us really know) Imane has internal testicles which account for a higher than normal level of testosterone, but what if she also has a uterus and ovaries? This is plausible because this condition can and does exist in hermaphroditical individuals. Then can you really say that the individual is a man? Why not a woman? Why not both?

And finally, I would be pleased if the Olympic committee would address the issue one way or the other. If an individual has a clear advantage because of their naturally occurring hormone levels that should probably disqualify them from competition.
