Not worried about the stock market, the recession is what has me worried.

That and what actions they will take to "fix" it.

I'm guessing, it will drop considerably after the first nuc goes off over Israel. I am still on the fear side of the spectrum. I'm sure greed will take over at some point, I'm just not there yet.

I don't get it. They wanted Joe to win, but Kamala to lose?

it is feeling a lot like 2008

my son went with a friend looking at houses Saturday , most recent evictions or foreclosures , some absolute poop holes , no locks on doors so they could walk right in , one had a burst pipe filling up the basement

the best of the bunch had a frozen pipe it looked like in the upstairs like the people living there had tried to only heat the first floor last winter
needed floors throughout and a ceiling in the diningroom

I think we are about to see a lot of foreclosures again.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Silver is on a downward spiral. I bought some today just to add another hard asset to my portfolio that I can touch. I'm pretty diversified. I got gold, timber, land, cash, cds and now silver. Stock market is a loser at this point!

We just signed on a variable rate loan to buy some land. We came in $200,000 under initial asking price and had our offer accepted. I'm not super excited to be going into debt right now but some of these people are getting nervous and there is starting to be deals to be had outside the market in my opinion.

Interesting that several were stating that a slowing economy, and lowering inflation would be better for the economy or expense control over time. Now when it appears those will come true there is panic. Most employers have been saying it has been easier to find workers for sevreral months now, so lower new job growth was to be anticipated. How severe and how long a recession will be is the issue that to me is a concern. Mild recessions many times can reset the economy. However how big or little our econoomic setback will or could be is totally up to us as consumers as we are a consumer driven economy.

Bryce

I've been in business for 3 presidential elections, I get a bump in business after every election from one side or the other.
