You could draw it with a Kentucky coyote, tentatively approaching it, slightly crouched, muzzle wrinkling up, apprehensive of the first Amarillo it encountered.

Nature's speed bumps. Used to catch as a boy and spray paint the shells fluorescent orange and or green and turn them loose next to a popular tourist attraction in Florida.
Later in life used to harvest them and sell them to a Vietnamese Colony near Lake Okeechobee. Made a small fortune.

Read an article recently that said they were making a steady march northward. Eric

I have never seen one in KY or IL. Saw a lot on MO. Had a friend pick up a porky pine off the road somewhen he was traveling and pit it out on the road by a local know it all retired guys mail box. Naturally the old guy saw it called the DNR and I think it was listed as the only know one found in Indiana according to the hear say. Got a lot of laughs at the old huys expense but they were well earned. One time my cous was talking about using a 1/16 cable restraint. The old know it all pipes up how he could NEVER catch anything with THAT. My uncle having had enough of the old guy quickly loops the stairs over the old guys arm and pulls it. Old guy couldn't get it off and was let out of it. Shut him up quickly.
