That will be next I suppose. I have concerns for fibromyalgia. I’m checking a lot of those boxes. My hands go numb at night. And I don’t sleep well.
So I decided to take a couple Advil and half a Benadryl before bed and my sleep has been a bit better, thus I’m not as fatigued during the day.
It’s maddening trying to figure out if there is something wrong or if it’s all in your head or if you just can’t adjust to getting older or if you’re simply stressed

If your hands are going numb, you may be starting to have carpal tunnel. I had that and eventually had to get both hands done. I would have to get up and walk around the house at night just shaking my hands to get rid of the numbness sometimes half way to work in the morning before it would go away.

Same here. For several years.
Quite using a tin snip every day (cutting siding) and it gradually went away.

Good luck Smash.

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.

There are 3 nerves that run down each arm. They come from the C5-C6 neck vertebrae area and pass through very tiny holes in the bone structure.

One of those nerves runs along the bottom of the arm, the other two along the top of the arm. Impingement of the top nerve (radial) can cause numbness and tingling in the hands.

Impingement on the nerve on the bottom side of the arm can somewhat mimic carpal tunnel.
