Crappie, Rock bass, Bluegill, Red ear, Pumpkin seed, Bullhead, and Channel cat. Perch around here are only 6" long and pretty scarce.

Favorite to catch is coho in the river behind the house.
We are lazy and trolling with food and tasty beverages.

Sturgeon, halibut to eat. Rock cod if we still had a season

I like Lake trout and rainbow trout

White fish and Lawyers (fresh water burbot)

I like Drum , stripe bass and catfish

if they taste good are easy to catch and the bag limit is nice and high that is my kinda fish

Catfish about a 2-3lb channel or blue fried whole.
Crappie
Not necessarily wild but a north Georgia mountain stocked rainbow wrapped in foil with a pat of butter and slice of lemon cooked over the coals next to a mountain creek.
Shellcracker, Bluegill, Greenie

In that order.
