1) Catfish 2) Sea Trout 3) Crappie 4) Cobia 5) Redfish on the half shell Give walleye to the dogs to eat if you have to keep them, or throw them back if you don't Catfish is king in the south. Paired with some good cole slaw it's hard to beat I see a lot more responses for walleye than I do for mud filets...but you keep telling yourself them things are edible

Joe Tesses place in South O........Great time there.... I know what you mean!!! I also used to buy 50 pound boxes of frozen Carp heads from them. They would cut them in half the long way so you actually got two for one. I loved them for late season cubby bait.
