For those that say I work to much I'm making progress. I went from 97.5 hrs down to 96 the following week and down further to 92 this week. Now I could have only worked 8 tomorrow and got 16 at double time on Sunday but took 16 again tomorrow so I won't be able to work Sunday becus I won't have enough for for at least 8 hrs shift. Yes I left hours on the table and about 500 with them double time vs time and a half. But figure having 6 days off in a roll will be better than 4 so worth it.

Definitely making improvements. Baby steps. Next week I Won't work more than 3 days so only 44hr at most .

Should start winding it back more. Hit all my original the year. Not the extras I added yet but good enough. It's nice when things come together. And I was worried I would have problems cutting back. Ha yes I'm board waiting for the clock to wind down.

So. I'm late to the party but what kind of work do you do?
