Dump that 440 and the Stihl thoughts and get a 550XP…….just my 2 cents.

Well now I know youre fibbing because there are no Huskys of the same caliber as Stihl in the pro saws. grin

At a third more money.

If I could sell a 572 I'd try a 500i.
Can't justify both.

Echo "might" be the homowmer best buy.

Spend the extra money get a pro saw husky, Stihl doesn’t matter either brand makes top notch pro saws. I have both stihl and huskys love both of them. My two favorites and are polar opposites of each other is the husky 562xp 60cc class and stihl 661 90cc class. The 562 husky is for smaller jobs and go to for lots of fire wood cutting. If I only cut firewood I’d still go with a pro saw. Always best to have two working saws at your disposal 1 is none and 2 is 1 kinda thing. Rather doing fire wood or a tree job there’s always two saws in the truck.

Buy a Pro model Stihl and sell the Homeowner saw !

A Farm Boss is just another homeowner saw .

It’s a lazy man who can’t find his wife a second job !

Well, just for giggles, I took the saw to a repair shop I trust. The guy took the bar off, looked things over and said things looked good.

He fired it up over a piece of cardboard and that saw oiled like a champ. Not a thing wrong with it. No charge. I gave him $20 anyway.

Don't I feel like a dufus.

ergo, bibamus.

Stihl.
(grin ya had to know that was coming)

Yeah get a stihl... if you can never get the motor to run you don't need to worry about the oiler.
