I'm surprised that nobody's shared the perfect country and western song yet.......

Then there is western swing.......which is not dead........it's Asleep at the Wheel. Modern era Bob Wills. Now going on 40 years.........rarely are played on the radio......so a band many have never heard of. One common theme is band leader Ray Benson. Am reminded of an old football coach who said of his team.......it's a well tuned machine. A part breaks down.........you replace the part........and the machine keeps running.

Mostly play small venues...........last time I saw them play I looked around and noticed next table over was Leroy Van Dyke.....the auctioneer. But when the Wheel gets on a roll l it's the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

And to further the education of some of our culture starved yutes..........and old classic as performed over the years. Note the last version was runner up in The Voice competition......just last year. Everything old is new again.
