Enjoy vegemite. New Zealand also has a version.

I have to watch my salt intake, however.

Everyone here thinks scrapple is weird or never even heard of it. I feel like I’ve perfected my recipe, inspired by Lugnut

At deer camp when sausage is fried for breakfast, we save the grease and cook breaded slices of deer heart. I prefer it to sausage

Back in the 60s when I was a kid, my Grandmother would boil a big kettle of deer bones. No other meat was added. She would remove the bones, would add squares of rolled out dough, and some potatoes and carrots. She didn’t waste anything. I remember it being pretty good.

That sounds Good...the dough must have been like dumplings

I'd call that pretty weird. Dahmerish, even.

Perch eggs, sucker eggs.
When I was a kid the cricks used to be loaded with suckers every spring. My buddies grandfather would love ground sucker patties and fries sucker eggs. They were pretty tasty
I like perch eggs whipped up 50/50 with chicken eggs

When I was a youngster I ate plenty of Perch and bullhead eggs.
Unfortunately I'm now allergic to fish.
