Not strange to me but many people think it is. We also kept the unlayed eggs when we butchered chickens and they were good but when I try it, not so much. The oviduct, the tube where egg developed prior to being layed, was always a delicacy when we butchered and stewed old hens that had stopped laying. Good stuff!

I'd call that pretty weird. Dahmerish, even.

Perch eggs, sucker eggs. When I was a kid the cricks used to be loaded with suckers every spring. My buddies grandfather would love ground sucker patties and fries sucker eggs. They were pretty tasty I like perch eggs whipped up 50/50 with chicken eggs
