Just before the holiday and my hunt I short stroked my crossbow with the setting rope so when I released it the sear held for a bit then fired pulling the grips out of my hand. With my bad shoulder and wanting to zero it in before I quit I should have taken a rest but I’m goal oriented. LOL Not the first time I’ve done it but this time it knocked off a string buffer silencer for the cross string.

Friday afternoon before the 3 day weekend I sent them a message to arrange for replacement parts ASAP I did not hear back until late the next day (Saturday) a message saying send us your address we will send you the parts needed. No billing info just the address info. Then we decide to go early so the need changed greatly.

I ended up drilling 2 tiny holes on both sides of the bracket that fitted around a nut, lucky the break was right to left across and around the nut giving it some support just need to complete the circle to attach the nut for the screw. Pulled 2 3/4 inch points out of a couple stainless fur push pins for support rods. Found some marine JB weld and pushed in as much the mix and inserted the 2 pins. Sat down that evening and fitted it to the shape of the Xbow using some of the wife’s nail files.

We left before the parts came but the repair job held. Barnett knew it was crunch time and sent the parts 2 day air no bill under warranty no questions asked I was floored that was above and beyond. IMO

That's pretty impressive service. I've heard other good things about them and their crossbows. Glad to hear it worked out so well.

More and more when I go anywhere I find myself keeping track of where the nearest rest room is.
