I doubt it since it runs full speed perfectly when first taken out for the first 200 yards and when it starts running slower, pulling the choke about half way out get it to full speed again.. I can and have been using it like this for a beaver job but sure want it back to normal for fall trapping. It burns the fuel just fine....it just has trouble getting enough after a bit.

Update: Some of the things I have done may have helped but not sure which at this point. New gaskets on the gas tank may have helped too. It now runs at least 95% full throttle consistently and will only increase in speed a tiny bit when choke is inched out just a little. Running it daily has helped and I am confident it will be back to 100% real soon at this rate. The high speed jet must have been partly gummed up as many have suggested and it is gradually getting cleared out by constant use I guess. Anyway, I am confident in using it for anything now and this fall. I do not intend to let it sit dormant for any length of time and will use fuel stabilizers when it does. Thanks for the suggestions everyone....much appreciated.
