It was a mighty fine day down here in Georgia. I got to reunite with some mighty fine folks and enjoyed their hospitality. It was a bit sticky outside with the heat and humidity, but in the A/C it was right comfortable.

I had the opportunity to watch Swamp Wolf's beaver demo showing how he does it, and he did a mighty fine job.

Just got home...3 hour drive if you factor in waiting in line at Chik-Filet for 20 minutes in Douglas, Ga.

I really enjoyed visiting with everyone and talking trapping for hours. Thanks everyone for the compliments! I enjoyed sharing a few ideas.

I was surprised when Jtrapper showed up. I thought you was kidding about making that long drive to middle Ga. It was great to finally meet you in person! How much did that bush pilot and airplane cost ya? Was there an additional charge to get him to land & take off multiple times on that Oconee River sandbar during my demo? Lol
