It was filmed about 35-40 minutes upstream of Inuvik.

Good stuff Ryan! I learned more in 5 minutes of reading about ears than an evening of google searching…..lol. So many people do it different. I find the feet the most difficult to flip fur out after a day. I thought my ears looked goofy but I think I’m doing it the same as FHA because they look like yours, takes a while to carefully get to the tips. I got the polar bear that I bought off Ian back from International Fur Dressers, after tanning it’s over 10’, they were impressed. Was mouse crap in the fur, but it turned out awesome! I like having my wolves on stretcher early enough in the day to monitor the ears and feet for dryness. Id rather flip them as soon as they're just dry enough rather than a bit too dry. This winter i somehow forgot I had a wolf on stretcher in the spare bathroom we rarely use. Had to wrap the nose to just behind the front arms with paper towels for a couple hours before i attempted turning that one over.

The first caribou hunt didnt work out. Too many bears. I seen one big bull and two bears ran it off.
Round two starts tomorrow though. 5.5 days of time off to go get some meat. Taking Bobby and my nephew Kullen this time.

Yeah. Bobby was surprised to see you in town already. We barely were able to pass you in Bennett channel. Even then he was asking "what kind of 40 horse is that?'

Time goes so slow when you’re waiting for the weekend. Me and my coworker Greg took tomorrow afternoon off to get a early start in the weekend moose hunt. Warm weather has delayed the rut so they’re still really good yet. No smell at all and not responding to calls but that should change within the next couple days. Looking forward to putting some miles on with Greg and Bobby

Ended up getting a young bull moose that trip.
It's been torture seeing all the big bulls from the chopper the past couple days. Day 3 of the annual char tagging campaign today. Lots of animals spotted. Moose caribou musk ox wolves bears. Highlight of my work year. Seen 4 absolute monster bulls so far. Probably 40 moose sightings Altogether
