Stoeger's customer service isn't bad either. I just talked with one of their reps yesterday about the Supreme in 20g being discontinued. We talked at least five minutes and he was really knowledgeable and helpful.
Eh...wot?

The above post ^^^ shoulder a few, then make a decision. I think I have a little TriStar in 20ga and it’s a basic no frills model and shoots great. No extractors so on a good dove shoot it’s a pain, lol. You mean no ejectors? I would think it almost has to have extractors.
Eh...wot?

Years ago, I owned a Winchester O/U 101 3" chamber with a selector switch. One of the dumber things I've ever done was to get rid of it. Now, they're almost impossible to find and if you do find that rare one out there be prepared to pay a lot.

I check out every one I see at a shop or online . Suckers are pricey now! I found a used 101 at a gun store. It was only for 2 3/4" shells and didn't look to be in great shape. They were asking $1,800 for it.

.308 over 12, that'd be my pick. I saw a custom German 3 barrel gun once in a American rifleman I think it was a SxS 12ga with a 8x57 barrel mounted between/under the to shotgun barrels it had a set of sights that flipped up out of the vent rib wound't be much you couldn't hunt with a gun like that

Called a "drilling", it was two 16 ga. barrels in top of a 7mm X I forget rifle barrel. The rear sight flipped up when the selector switch was moved to rifle barrel. Absolutely beautiful firearm. He also said, "If God wanted us to shoot O/U's, he would have put our eyeballs on top of each other". LOL

I keep thinking about picking up coach gun 20 inch cylinder barrels and threading it for chokes a single trigger coach gun would be about perfect as an upland bird gun my hunting partner runs a 24inch Baikal with chokes , it is very handy pheasant or grouse easy in and out of a truck as well I just keep running my 20inch pump it is really easy to break down after hunting in the rain.

Geesh that's a bunch of money for a 101. Would have never guessed that kinda pricing on one. My dads got a 3 gun set that a number of guys have wanted to buy over the years. I used them for registered skeet when I was a kid many decades ago. Guess nostalgia is the only reason we still have them around. We both currently have other dedicated guns and I doubt any of the 3 have been fired in the last 2 decades. Probably should send them down the road someday
