So voodoo caused this years hurricane season?
Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Not political, repeat, not political.
The great unwashed is now jacked up such a frenzy that every crackpot idea is making the rounds.
Somehow, someway, someone, and I've seen both sides and third parties accused, are creating and manipulating out of whole cloth the weather. For purposes nefarious for a wide range of reasons.
And the latest I'm aware of is a grave warning of the dangerous and occultic use of the Archangel Michael and the multiplicity theories of occult and paranormal.
And I won't even get into the abhorrent ancient evil that the past year's actions by the nation of Israel have awoken.
While I think we can all agree that there is much manipulation we don't know of, yet, being attempted behind the scenes to dive head first into nonsense is not doing anyone any good.
Please let's focus on what we know and can do something about. I just finished a book on St. Michael (and others). I missed whatever people are saying about him. Please explain. Likewise, not political on my part here.

Catholics took offense then the prods weighed in on the catholics. It's friggen strange and stupid.

There's plenty of patents related to controlling the weather, including patents owned by various government organizations. Just sayin. I hear you, but a patent doesn't mean that it is good or workable science. The USPTO doesn't verify that it will work.

It's a good prayer. We end Mass with it every Sunday.
Thank you for the explanation. Why not pray to God alone remember he a jealous God.

I hear you, but a patent doesn't mean that it is good or workable science. The USPTO doesn't verify that it will work. it's known that used cloud seeding to fllud the Ho chi Minh trail. There have been international treaties signed about only using weather manipulation over your own country. It sounds crazy but if you look into it it's been used and effective for decades. Just like the government infecting black men with syphilis to study long term effects. with the Tuskegee experiments & the mind control experiment program Mk ultra. The government running guns to Mexico. with fast and furious. all Proven documented facts that some think are conspiracy theories still.

"Whether cloud seeding is effective in producing a statistically significant increase in precipitation is a matter of academic debate, with contrasting results depending on the study in question and contrasting opinion among experts.[11] A study conducted by the United States National Academy of Sciences failed to find statistically significant support for cloud seeding's effectiveness. Based on its findings, Stanford University ecologist Jerry Bradley said: "I think you can squeeze out a little more snow or rain in some places under some conditions, but that's quite different from a program claiming to reliably increase precipitation." Data similar to that of the NAS study was acquired in a separate study conducted by the Wyoming Weather Modification Pilot Project, but whereas the NAS study concluded that "it is difficult to show clearly that cloud seeding has a very large effect", the WWMPP study concluded that "seeding could augment the snowpack by a maximum of 3% over an entire season."[2] In 2003, the US National Research Council (NRC) released a report stating, "science is unable to say with assurance which, if any, seeding techniques produce positive effects. In the 55 years following the first cloud-seeding demonstrations, substantial progress has been made in understanding the natural processes that account for our daily weather. Yet scientifically acceptable proof for significant seeding effects has not been achieved".[12]: 13  " https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloud_seeding I know it's Wikipedia but at least there are links to SOME data.
