So I about ate it on the treadmill. Button wouldn't stop speeding up without me. I already had a goofy look on my face thinking about "ton up".

Vinkes posts I can at least understand.
Guess its the age difference? I'd blame chromosomes before age. Some of y'all forgot what "woke" actually means, I'm not here deny my genetics. I don't make up my rules and cry about it when I get a whoopin', either. (That sounded more hostile than intended. I'm just talking)

1st thing I do when my wife walks in the house ask her how her day was, I just need to know if I need to go to the garage, go out in the yard, or in with the chickens. Whatever it takes to get away, because if it's not good. I'll probably get the wrath, always end up saying things I should at the time I should know better, just can't help myself.. I have figured it out the hard way just to stay away and keep busy lol.. this hardly happens anymore because she loves her job, and life just flows now but there was a time! When she was going through school it was rough. I was told once that getting a hobby outside the home was good for my marriage. They were right.

I grew up in a middle-class family. Praying those of us who did grow up Middle class can see the next generations do the same. I was probably the last generation that could play in the ditch safely all day and come home. I won't let my kids play anywhere without supervision. Girl in our City was kidnapped by a man right from under her mother. Mother was obviously not wearing any self defense tools. That crime Shook me to my core. IV always been the type to never let my kids just go places without me. But I had no idea the boldness of some of these criminals

Mine is a bit of both , K Snow. Just enough for sculpted, but still strong and feeling good. You remind me of Eddie Hall and Magnussen ..four time world heavyweight champ. Magnús Ver Magnússon was a hoot! The wife and I loved watching him compete back in the 90's. Yes, those were the days in competitions. There's nothing like strong , masculine , real men.

I grew up in a middle-class family. Work at McDonald's too? No, but I stayed at a Holiday Inn.

I don't have the dietary discipline for bodybuilding. That's why I train for strongman. Pure brute, functional strength. Yep..that's me. I look at my steel body in the windows reflections all day long.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

o a feelings and how is your day. 14 year old saw the largest buck of his life hunting this morning. he bumped his quiver that was on the back of his stand it alert the buck then the wind swirled and he pinpointed looked right at him and was gone. Sure has him fired up now though. Nearly finished packaging 2 deer with the family working at it together so great day.
Heading to the gym with the wife she has not been in a few weeks. Me I don't go because of long days but need to and do when I'm off to encourage my wife and here goals.

My husband came home with the same fired up excitement! He saw two bucks and some coons. I treat myself to an espresso and some Active self protection pod cast to motivate myself. Like Sharon does, and myself, encourage her to stick to strength. Not more than her joints can handle. Check out that link I put up^ Good stuff about strength training. Or at the least that particular gentleman is. Not sure if I grabbed the right video

Did you just quote yourself? Is that the same as talking to yourself? Asking for a friend obviously.
