Some of the hunt clubs and preserves would likely do the same for you.

He texted me a bunch of pictures of his catches. He had blankets made for his granddaughters. Here's one of them.

Hey, I trapped out of a Volkswagen and a Honda civic back in the day, I think I'm qualified to speak on the subject. After I finally got a truck ,I wondered what I must have been thinking prior to owning a real trapping rig.

Nice ! Idk it's weird down here I feel. Had a FB Buddy come down here and was asking for advice. But him in touch with some folks with the state association and well smirk don't appreciate how he was treated and I'll leave it at that

Then on the other hand folks come down here and get treated like kings... Idk.

Few more lil things with my situation but

Shoot ain't no one playing me for what I do. I just wanna have somewhere I can set a few traps , test some cages , not have to fight cows , crazy public land guys , and worry about dog runners / pets .....at least as much

Would also prefer no one sticks their neck out for me and end up saying one thing tired I'm just a goober who wants to catch a few critters and play with some gadgets

That sounds doable.

Gun club here wanted me to trap some beaver about 20 years ago. Were making a real mess around their pond. Told them I would clean them out and remove any newcomers if I could shoot from their bench when no one was using it. Told me no. That pond is still a mess. Beaver moved out none returned. Ate every tree around it. Grown up with brush now.

I doubt it.

I can and have trapped on the lease I am a member of during deer season. I generally don’t trap the first four or five days of rifle season, which is our most popular season here.

But if you waited for deer season to be over in Pennsylvania, you wouldn’t have much trapping time left. We have various seasons that run a combined four to five months from September through January.

Eh...wot?

Wolfdog, its surprisingly hard to get on clubs here too at times. The ones that value trapping already have a trapper on them for the most part. The ones that dont are either indifferent or want you to jump through a bunch of hoops. Do you have a local place all the hunters go to buy corn or food plot seed? That may be a good place to advertise. I would say joining a club would be good if you were gonna get your moneys worth out of hunting, but I wouldnt pay to trap.
