slue-foot OP trapper S Joined: Feb 2024 Iowa	Does anyone know if a H&R Model M48 12 ga stock will fit a Model M48 .410 receiver? I need to replace the stock on my newly acquired .410 (made in 1950) because the wrist portion is cracked badly. From the pictures I have seen the tangs look identical in shape - just need to know if the stocks will interchange. Thanks!

160user trapper 1 Joined: Jan 2007 MN	On most shotguns, the 410 has a smaller frame so it takes a different stock. I believe the 088 Toppers and NEF's all take the same stock regardless of gauge except for the 10 gauge. If you need a stock for it, I "know a guy"...................... I have nothing clever to put here.
