Never gonna happen. If any candidate were to fix it, they couldn't run on it next time. The NRA would never allow it, either. Machine guns are a huge investment for some folks and if you could buy new ones, they'd lose their value.

At least with trump we've got someone who at least claims to want to protect the 2a, even though past performance shows otherwise. Better than the alternative, I guess.

Like I said before over and over, he was a less bad option. I am fine with the result.

Yes, many favorable 2A rulings at the federal level (not just SCOTUS) over the last six or seven years thanks mostly to Trump-appointed judges. BC must have somehow missed all that...

specifically the SBR language was a mistake left in after they were told they could not ban handguns , they only went after SBR becuase they were sure that Americans would make light handy easy to carry rifles and shotguns after handguns were made illegal and there is a history of the Gov changing it in 1936 when they realized they had made a huge number of very common 22 rifles illegal and again in 1968 after they had sold millions of M1 carbines aka SBRs at the time to civilians in direct sales.

If you want the NFA undone, it will be in the courts. Even if Trump proposed it, the RINOs and Democrats would never allow it to happen in Congress. That is why appointments to the bench,especially the SC, are the single most important thing a President can do.
