Keith has touched on a nice third world conspiracy theory. That is, one held by a lot of simple folk in those countries: They believe(d) that the United States has secret ambitions to sterilize them. When I lived in Ecuador I heard that they feared a lot of the food aide and projects that produced food as being designed to sterilize the populace.

Its true.They will get too fat on junk food to physically be able to reproduce.

I remember when they fed us saltpeter in basic. It works!

Sterilization should not be done against the recipients will. It should be done as a condition of them receiving support for the rest of their life. Helping them produce more people like them just exponentially increases suffering for generations of people.
