Here's the recipe. I put it in a pie shell with a top crust and bake it after its cooked until thickened, took an hour to get thick. 35 min to get the crust browned and looking great.

Aunt Barb’s Mincemeat Pie Filling

ground beef cooked and drained – 1 pound
raisins – 1 ½ cups
apples peeled and diced – 2 ½ cups
sugar - 1 ½ cup
cinnamon – 1 ½ teaspoon
ground nutmeg – ½ teaspoon
ground cloves - ½ teaspoon
white vinegar – Ύ oz.
apple juice - 1 ½ cup
grape juice - 1 ½ cup

Mix all and cook to thicken, stirring often.
