Why we ever wanted prank old Willis Godfrey is beyond me. He was about as nice a guy as you'd ever meet. He was our supervisor at a suger factory working the afternoon shift. We worked in the warehouse and were unstacking 100 pound bulk suger bags made of heavy cloth from a large stack when several dozen sluffed off into a large pile on the floor. My buddy Alan suggested we get an old pair of coveralls and a pair of work boots out of a locker and bury them under the suger bags from the knees up and put the boots at the end of them like someone had been half buried in the avalanche. We started hollering and tossing suger bags around when Willis came running "Whats going on here",,,,,,,,, Bollicks!! he yelled, Who is it. I'll call the ambulence". We had to catch him before he got to the phone. Normally good natured Willis was not happy with us 16 year kids, but a few days later we were all laughing about it.

Okay, My wife just had knee replacement surgery and I'm just sitting around the house not doing much so I got one more. I worked at a factory with buddy of mine. We'd been out coyote hunting a few days earlier we shot a coyote and put it in the back of my truck. It was mid February and the coyote was frozen solid. Scott asked what are we going to do with that coyote? I said I don't know. He said let's tie it to the back of John's truck. John was our group leader. We got 20 feet of cord tied it to the bumper of John's truck then around the neck of the coyote and buried it in a snow bank behind the truck. At 8 a.m. when the shift ended, we watched as John pulled out of the parking lot and headed up the street with the dead coyote following along behind. As I understand it, he turned south on main street and was nearly out of town when someone pulled up behind him waving his arms and pointing. John opens his window and the guy yells, "Your dragging your dog!!!!" John says, "I don't have a dog" the guy yells, Well you"re dragging somebodies dog!!!. He came looking for us the next day, but we never confessed. But to this day we are the prime suspects.
