Striped skunk - not bad at all. Where did the word, "Chicago" come from? Frog polywogs - just fried 'em up in butter. Not very good. Guts and raspy teeth. porcupine - fried, pretty good mountain lion - I've had it more than a dozen times - always good lynx - many times. One of the best for pizza topping with white sauce.

Raw horse. When i was in Japan. Yep ! Big fan here. I'm not ashamed to admit how much donkey and horse I've eaten over the years.

Never tried “Rocky Mountain oyster” or “ inland oysters “ as we call them here but they make a fine canine bait when cut up and aged. The foxes here seem to love them. I had a teacher once who ate rat kebab in Thailand and another teacher who would peel and eat a lemon just like an orange.

I like to eat tree ripened lemons. One that drops in your hand soon as you touch it. The ones in the grocery store not so much.

Scottish haggis. It consisted of a lamb's heart, liver, some ground up fat and lungs, plus some spices and onion. Then it was cooked in sheep stomach.

In Vietnam my daughter had some sort of soup that they cracked duck eggs, that had ready to hatch ducklings in them, into the hot soup. She said as you stirred the soup you would see a bill or foot or fuzz go by, She also had the eggs hard boiled.

Lol, that was also on my bet menu. And yes I did chew fast. It stayed down, the frog did not.

We are going to try woodchuck this weekend. Put a few in the freezer this summer. Excellent eating. Have cooked hundreds. Growing up my Uncle would have his annual woodchuck shoot and party. Usually around 75-100 people. Us kids job was to clean the woodchucks. We would BBQ all the back legs for a feast at the end of the day. Every farmer around would join in.
