I've eaten coyote sausage. Sharks fin monkey and dog. I ate some unborn goat when in Mexico. There was a lot of drinking involved so I don't know what It taste like. I ate some sausage made out of the neighbor's horse that was pretty good.

Had roast agouti (South American jungle rat) for thanksgiving of 1984 in the Amazon. If available I would have it every thanksgiving! Absolutely some of the best meat I ever ate...like a cross between turkey and pork and with a nice fatty rind.

Yeah, dang bets....for me it was a nightcrawler. I was trying to prove the point that meat's meat and you can survive on anything.

So Beav, how was the coyote sausage? I am also very impressed with the skunk. It tasted just like any other sausage.

Can't warsh away the notion of eating an unborn goat. Does one go at it like a possum and crawl into an available orifice to get to it? LOL It was cooked and on a plate. I think it was called Capritto not sure of the spelling.
