All of those “dirty” vehicles look like they’ve just been through a car wash compared to a rental rig that beaver peeler and I had on one occasion many years ago. We drove out on snow covered ice on a bentonite pit and then broke through the ice. We ended up getting rescued but vehicles and coyote hunters looked like mudmen!

We got real bad ice just north of you. Quad went through once, not bad though, sled went down a bit but you just punch it and you’re fine. We’ve all gotten a bit wet this year.

This is about 3 weeks ago….any narrow channels, dams and lodges are sketchy. Was able to unhook the quad, winch out and then pull the trailer back with the winch.
That 400lb kid went through near where he’s standing….haha. Panic city in 4’ of water. Amazing how fast the loaf can move…lol
