It would have to be several states. western provinces have little in common with the eastern side and what about Quebec they don’t care for either side
If Canada doesn't joint the US you can see it's future in places like Brampton, where almost the entire, large population is Indian, followed by Punjabi (also Indian), Sihk (also from India), Canadian, Jamaican, English, Hindu (from countries next to India) and Pakistani (India's adjacent enemy). They are over 82% Indian.
There's been massive battles among foreign ethnic groups in Canada. India's government actually sent hit squads to Canada to kill Sihks, which they did. There is close to 6 times as many Indians wanting to move to Canada then there are currently people living in Canada.
There is even a greater number of Chinese wanting to move to Canada.
The only viable way forward for European and Native American Canadians is to join the US. If they don't join the US they will likely be expelled from Canada or killed.
Both India and China are hostile to the US. We can't allow them to colonize Canada and encroach upon are border. We definitely can't allow them to build military bases in Canada.

I saw what Pierre Polievre said and previously posted the video. That wasn't what he said at all. He said that Canada should do what President Donald Trump asked, but should do it anyway, not just because Canada was told too. He's very clearly hoping to be involved in US politics
The fact that most of Canada's military age men want to join the US means it's very likely to happen. We will be stronger together than divided. This will greatly improve the safety and future for all of us in the US and what is currently Canada. I look forward to new Canadian states joining the United States.
I think it makes great sense for Canada to join the US. It won't make Canada inferior. It will make Canada part of a greater whole. It will make the US greater too.

In a sad weird way, there is actually a silver lining in Canada’s current pathetic situation
Canadians who could see the future(socialism doesn’t work——-cuz socialist’s don’t work) 15-20 years ago,,,,,and moved all their money/investments outside of Canada and into USD
Are actually doing very well currently
Trappers are some of the few Canadians that can organically generate USD
Unbelievable that many here are being trolled by Trump, Canada as a state , never happening, it’s just a negotiation tactic, and it’s working. Canada is beefing up security at the border, and that’s all the USA wants.
