Shrimp with cocktail sauce. It’s a weird New Year’s Eve tradition with my wife. Been doing it for decades.

Traditional pork and sauerkraut tomorrow.

Pulled up my collards today and the wife cooked them all. Very tender and seasoned perfectly. The variety we plant is Morris Heading, of what we call cabbage-collards. They freeze well.

Inquiring minds want to know.............do you keep a toothbrush over there? smile

I just got back from the big puddle today. Fishing was "ok", not terrible but not great. Beautiful weather for this time of year. It was almost hard to keep the beer cold.

I have nothing clever to put here.
