Would seem so. The train and trestle is owned by Portland and Western. A class II railway that only operates 500 miles of track in Oregon.
My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

Upstream should still be good trapping. That's the main issue. The only boat ramp is downstream of the derailment. Geez almighty! I never knew we had this many comedians on here...and better than most you see on YouTube.
