True. But videos like these will help grow the number of antis. Many people with limited understanding will perceive these videos as cruelty. I wonder how many his videos have created?

I doubt he will stop making videos like these because he's benefiting greatly from them. 124k subscribers is a LOT for only having 23 videos.
Building subscribers with calm educational content is hard work. Clickbait and shocking content is the easy path, and seems to have found a niche.

If he wasn't being provactive (and damaging trapping) his channel wouldn't have much to offer.

I've never understood why some people are so concerned about what antis think. Why are you supposed to hide what you enjoy doing so you don't offend somebody who already hates you and hates your way of life? Sounds a bit cowardly to me. They already hate trappers so why worry about them hating us more? They can pound sand.

Imagine if an industrial scale chicken farmer started filming unflatering momements and deliberately publishing it (stuff like this). It doesn't matter if that's still better than a prairie chicken facing Kansas winter alone out in nature. There would be outrage. They could say they don't care what anti's think, and they can tell them to pound sand. But that won't protect them from the regulation that comes.

I'm not suggesting you do what the antis want. I'm just suggesting its foolish to deliberately provide them extra ammunition.

Antis don’t know that they’re antis. Like K Snow said earlier, how will this video affect the average person who stumbles across it. You deal with antis as they come but you sure as heck don’t wanna CREATE them.

When I first got some trapping videos and was wanting to learn more, I found Tom Miranda, Bob Gilsvik, and many others made it a safe experience for me…. They handled themselves very well.
